From time to time, the Union looks for Flight Attendants to work on a Part Time/Full Time basis answering calls at the Dallas office. Members seek information on a variety of topics ranging from basics on our work rules and Company Policy to understanding provisions of the Contract. Flight Attendants interested in this type of role should have a strong working knowledge of our Contract. Maddie joined TWU Local 556 as our first Employee in 1989 under the administration of Mary Longobardi. Maddie has been an important part of our Union for more than 25 years! Originally from France and Morocco, Maddie has made Dallas, Texas, her home and adopted the Flight Attendants of TWU Local 556 as her own.
Juanita Stangler
Finance Specialist
Juanita has worked for TWU Local 556 for just over two years. Having worked in finance & accounting for over 15 years, she is a great addition to our finance team. Juanita comes to us from the finance department of the Southwest Airlines Pilots’ Association (SWAPA).
When not tinkering or fixing anything in their 90 year old house, she & her husband dote on their beloved dogs, an English Bulldog and a French Bulldog. Their motto is ‘bulldog owners for life.’

Executive Assistant
Debbie is a career executive assistant and joined TWU Local 556 in May, 2016 as the admin support to the President, Treasurer and Executive Board. TWU Local 556 is Debbie’s first exposure to working with a union.
Prior to our Union, Debbie supported C-level executives in various Fortune 500 companies in the Technology and Healthcare sectors.
Debbie loves to spend time with her grandchildren, sons and family as much possible and enjoys traveling, reading, baking and gardening. She’s passionate about the preservation and conservation of the environment and planet and also has a soft spot for several animal rescue groups.

Lisa was hired as the Office Coordinator for TWU Local 556 in January 2017. She is married with two children and one dog. She enjoys running, biking, and spending time with her family.
